From farm to final product, every step is deliberate. We combine traditional craft with careful sourcing to create pork products that speak for themselves.

Sourcing

We work directly with farms that raise Duroc pigs with care -- proper space, nutrition, and low-stress handling. We know where every animal comes from.

Whole-Animal Butchery

Every pig is broken down by hand using traditional butchery techniques. We use the whole animal, respecting the craft and minimizing waste.

Sausage Making

Our sausages are made in small batches, hand-linked in natural casings. Every recipe is developed in-house with quality spices and no fillers.

Curing & Aging

Our charcuterie follows traditional European methods -- dry curing, slow fermentation, and patient aging to develop deep, complex flavor.
